Refund would be considered only when a copy of the bank statement or the transaction being made will be shared with us. Having said that, refund would be made only in the following cases:
1. If the verification agency cancels the application or denies verification of the helper.
2. If post the payment, you are not able to unlock the contact and hence fetch the details.
3. If post the payment, you are not able to post the jobs.
We would refund 100% money in all the above cases. Every other product or service not mentioned here is non-refundable.
The mode of refund would be the same as the mode of payment. The refund would take place within 15 days of the submission of refund request.
In order to process your refund, you need to follow the following steps:
1. Mail your name, transaction details (date, amount paid) and the reason for refund at email@example.com
2. The representative will verify the same.
a. If the request is valid, he/she would send theconfirmation mail for the refund and the refund process would get initiated. You would receive the refund within 15 days of the refund request.
b. If the request is invalid, the representative would get in touch with you to confirm the same and clarify the doubts, if any. Changes in the Policy
